What a weekend for the team!🔥🔥

Massive wins for Brooklyn and Alex on their pro MMA journeys.

Brooklyn picking up a dominant 3 round decision on LFL in Holland, hurting his opponent several times on the feet and nearly finishing with the Scottish Twister! Taking him to 3-1-0

Alex picking up a rather impressive 7 second KO highlight on FCC! Taking him to 3-0-0

All the hard work and dedication is paying off, years of taking tough fights at amateur and testing themselves properly is paying dividends on the pro scene! Its a marathon not a sprint!

Sunday had 2 of our Teen athletes on the start of their journeys attend the EMMAA squad training session gaining valuable rounds against high level athletes. Amazing work and great to see them following the process ✅

MMA brings every part of the game together. 🥊🤼

In this clip from our adults class, partners work through an exchange on the feet, close the distance and continue into the takedown. It’s a great example of how striking, timing and grappling connect when you train MMA.

Good work from everyone putting the rounds in on the mats.
