Children of all ages at nursery absolutely love the block play and create some amazing structures but there’s a lot more to block play than having fun playing!

Block play is so much more than building towers! As children play, they’re developing problem-solving skills, creativity, early maths concepts, communication, and fine motor skills. They’re also learning resilience as they rebuild when things don’t go to plan.

Through simple play, children are building confidence, independence, and important skills they’ll use for years to come.

When the office looks like this it can mean only one thing……🎉PRESCHOOL LEAVING PARTY PREP🎉
We will be so sad to see the preschool children leave us throughout the summer but can’t wait to party with them tomorrow 🎉

It’s packed lunches for our preschool children today. This is part of our school readiness programme giving children the opportunity to practice their independence and fine motor skills unwrapping and opening their lunch items.
Receiving their own lunch bag was also very exciting 😝
