Our employment support teams help local residents to identify and remove their barriers to employment, by providing them with opportunities to upskill, overcome personal challenges, move into work and gain qualifications.

In this short video, we catch up with members of our Restart and Support to Succeed teams in Greater Manchester to discuss the ways in which they help their participants on a daily basis.

Our employment support programmes in Greater Manchester are designed to provide local residents with the opportunity to gain essential soft skills and advice as they look to move into full-time employment, in some cases, for the very first time.

The Careers Fair we held recently in Manchester was designed to give these participants the opportunity to meet with local employers from across the region and discuss suitable vacancies and the job roles they could apply for.

In this video, we hear from various members of the team at Back2Work Complete Training, who reveal the reasons for organising our Careers Fair for local residents, and how our participants benefited from the experience as they look to secure sustainable employment.

📽 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵: Nathan's Story - Works4U

Nathan from Birmingham recently completed our Works4U programme and tells us in his own words how, with the support of his keyworker and tutor, he was able to secure a new full-time role on completion of the programme.

Works4U provides wrap-around support to identify your barriers to employment and works with you to boost your employability, introduce you to local job opportunities.
