𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 - 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗽 💚

The B2W Group has today rebranded to 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗽, where we believe everyone has more potential than they realise, and that businesses grow faster when they unlock the potential of their people.

The world of work is competitive, fast-moving and often too focused on what looks good on paper.

But real progress happens when we look beyond job titles and qualifications, and focus on the whole person: their skills, their strengths and their ambition. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻.

Our employment support programmes in Greater Manchester are designed to provide local residents with the opportunity to gain essential soft skills and advice as they look to move into full-time employment, in some cases, for the very first time.

The Careers Fair we held recently in Manchester was designed to give these participants the opportunity to meet with local employers from across the region and discuss suitable vacancies and the job roles they could apply for.

In this video, we hear from various members of the team at Back2Work Complete Training, who reveal the reasons for organising our Careers Fair for local residents, and how our participants benefited from the experience as they look to secure sustainable employment.
