Stress Awareness Month šæ | Wellbeing Wednesday
Working in childrenās residential care takes emotional energy, resilience, and ongoing dedication. When youāre consistently supporting others, itās easy for your own wellbeing to take a back seat - and over time, that can become overwhelming.
Stress Awareness Month is a timely reminder to pause and reflect on how weāre really doing. Even small, intentional actions throughout the day can help you reset, recharge, and protect your mental and emotional wellbeing. They donāt have to take long - consistency is what makes the difference.
Whether itās taking a moment to breathe, checking in with a colleague, or stepping away for a short break, these small steps all add up.
At Your Chapter, we recognise that looking after ourselves is not a luxury - itās essential to sustaining the important work we do every day.

St Patrickās Day at Hive Hub š
Last month, one of our homes in Hive Hub had a fantastic time celebrating St Patrickās Day together.
The home was filled with green decorations and festive touches as the young people got involved in marking the occasion. They also explored fun fact sheets about the history and meaning of St Patrickās Day, learning why it is celebrated around the world.
To round off the celebrations, everyone enjoyed sharing some potatoes together - a simple but fun nod to Irish culture that sparked some great conversations and lots of laughter!
A brilliant day of creativity, learning, and togetherness š

At Your Chapter, weāre proud to create spaces where young people can be themselves ā safe, supported, and empowered.
Some experiences in a young personās life are deeply serious and require care and understanding. On National Child Exploitation Awareness Day, we recognise the reality of exploitation and the courage it takes for young people to heal.
Through our therapeutic homes and specialist care, we provide safety, guidance, and trauma-informed support, helping young people rebuild trust and take back control of their lives.
Awareness is just the start - meaningful change comes from consistent care, understanding, and compassion. That is what drives everything we do at Your Chapter.
