New Taekwondo class for ladies only, every Thursday from 615-715, come along, keep fit and flexible, learn self defence, feel good about yourself, meet like minded people.
Taught by level 2 coach, our club has the safeguarding in Martial arts code and we have been finalists in club of the year for 2 years running. Classes start Thursday 2nd of April.
