Our annual awards evening was nothing short of amazing! It was a night filled with laughter, dancing, celebrations and many well deserved awards. 🏆✨

To every single member of Team Jem’s, thank you! You are all incredible, and we’re so proud to celebrate each and every one of you 🤩

What an incredible four years it has been. From one dream to three wonderful settings, we’ve been privileged to watch so many little ones learn, grow and flourish.

Yesterday, we celebrated our birthday with party days at both our Reddish and Bredbury settings, and seeing the smiles on our children’s faces made it all so worthwhile. 🥳

A huge thank you to our amazing Team Jem’s. Tonight we will celebrate at Jem Fest, our annual awards evening 🏆

Finally, thank you to all of our wonderful families for trusting us with your precious children and for being part of our journey.

This week has certainly tested us with the incredible heat, but once again our Precious Jems family has shown exactly what teamwork is all about. 💙☀️

A huge THANK YOU to every single member of our teams at Reddish Nursery, Reddish Pre-School and Bredbury. Despite the soaring temperatures, you’ve continued to show up with smiles, positivity, and endless dedication to the children in our care.

You’ve gone above and beyond to ensure every child has stayed safe, cool, happy and well hydrated throughout the week, and we couldn’t be prouder of the care and commitment you’ve shown.

A special shout out goes to all of our amazing Managers and Deputy Managers, who have worked tirelessly to support their teams, making sure everyone has also stayed cool, hydrated and looked after during these challenging conditions. Your leadership and care for your teams never goes unnoticed.

And finally, a massive thank you to our maintenance team (our amazing husbands), who went out at the start of the week to collect extra fans to help make the heatwave much more comfortable for everyone attending Precious Jems. Your support behind the scenes has made such a difference, and we truly appreciate everything you’ve done.

We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team. Thank you all for your hard work, kindness, resilience and dedication. We hope you all have a well deserved, restful weekend, you’ve certainly earned it! 💙
