BEECH SALT AND CHERRY PEPPER GRINDERS
A pair of condiment grinders. The pepper is turned from Cherry, the salt is turned from Beech.
They stand 13.5cm high (5.25 inches) - 15cm (6 inches) with the screw holder on the top - and nearly 5cm (2 inches) across at the base. Turned to match from wood that indicates their contents, the screw tops also have the 'P' and 'S' engraved on them.
A simple shape that would probably suit a more modern setting, they have been left untreated except for a food safe wax on the outside.

OAK ANTIQUE BRASS RING BOX
Yes - size DOES matter when it comes to your family jewels!
A piece of old oak turned into a small ring box. Perfect for a presentation box or to hold a precious keepsake.
This was turned from an old, well-grained, piece of Oak. It was quite a small piece of Oak but was heavy and dense. Perfect for a small, special, project. Then I got the small, antique brass, hinge which has a beautiful Celtic Knot engraving.
It measures just 5cm in height (2 inches) and is 4cm wide (1.5 inches). Internally, it's 3cm across (1.25 inches) and the depth is 2.5cm (1 inch)- 3.5cm (just under 1.5 inches) total when the lid is closed. A small, exquisite, piece.

Meet (from left to right) Larry, Curly, and Moe. The latest Bobby Clocks to pass their apprenticeship and go out into the big, wide world. They're each made from several different types of wood and the details are below for each clock.

SMALL ASH NATURAL EDGE COLOURED BOWL
This is quite a small bowl that's been turned to leave the bark around the edges to give it a natural look.
It's been lightly coloured with Spirit Stains to give it a red/orange/green hue.
It's made from Ash and is 11cm long (4.25 inches),10cm wide (4 inches), and is 5cm (2 inches) high at the ends and 3cm (1.25) inches) high at the lowest edges.
The wood had a split near one end, originally (as seen in the photos), but it has been filled and stabilised and now looks 'rustic'. But I know some people might not appreciate what they see as a 'flaw' - hence the price.

DESK TIDY 'SKELETON' PENCIL POT
This is turned from Oak and is quite a 'modern' style - with blackened metal 'legs' supporting the top and a decorative blackened line burnt into the base and top.
It's being sold as a 'second' because the Oak edge is very close to one of the legs so looks like it's 'chipped', although it isn't. It's on the top 'ring', so can't be seen, really, in most ways in which it's positioned. But, it's not perfect - hence the price.
It's 12cm high (4.75 inches), 10cm in total across (4 inches), and has a total internal width of 7cm (2.75 inches) so will take quite a few pens and pencils.
A nice, cheap, addition to your desk as you work from home - and show it off on those Zoom meetings!

BEECH CENTRIFUGAL DECORATION BOWL
A simple decorative bowl turned from Beech and complemented with a variety of colours. It's been turned and then decorated with multi-coloured splashes of paint that radiate out towards the rim. These have then been sealed with a lacquer finish.
It could be used for ornamental purposes, or a trinket or keys bowl - whatever the owned decides.
It measures 18cm (7 inches) wide and is 4cm (1.5 inches) high.

OAK HINGED BOX WITH CHESTNUT LID
A fairly large turned hinged box with the body being Oak and the lid Chestnut. Both have lovely grain, and both suit the gold hinged ring. It's a premium piece and will hold any important or precious keepsakes. The sizes are:

Internal depth is 3.5cm with 1cm in the lid (1.75 inches in total)
Internal width is almost 9cm (3.5 inches)

PAIR OF ELM OIL LIGHT CANDLES
A matching pair of Elm oil burner 'candles'. These work like most oil lights but they burn very cleanly. So cleanly they're often called 'church lights' because they don't produce odours and burn for a long time. The 'wick' on these is made up of thousands of optic fibres which don't 'burn' themselves but just act as a wick for the oil which burns giving off the 'candle' effect but without the candle smells. Because the optic fibres don't burn they don't need replacing periodically. All you need is to refill the glass container every so often. A great replacement for tea lights and candles, and giving the same ambience.
These have just been turned - no colouring, no additions or resin. Just the simple, beautiful grain of Elm with the attractive 'tulip' shaped top.
Their height is 13.5cm (5.25 inches), 16cm (6.25 inches) including the oil lamp. Bases are 6.5cm (2.5 inches) Width at the tops is 5.5cm (almost 2.25 inches).
A unique pairing as both were made from a single piece of Elm.

PLUM BARK BOWL
I would say this is a highly decorative or ornamental piece, rather than practical but it does depend on what the new owner decides.
It's turned from a twenty year old piece of Plum. It's aged beautifully and has a dark, many-hued, colouration ranging from a light brown through to a deep red.
The original piece was half a 'log' and it has been turned to leave most of the bark in place. This gives a more natural look that some people like. The grain stands out and if you're into natural wood and beautiful grain, this bowl provides that.
It measures (approximately because of the shape) 13cm wide (5 inches), and is, at the highest point, 7cm high (2.75 inches), and lowest point is 5cm high (2 inches), and it is 5cm deep (2 inches).
A lovely, decorative, natural, piece.
