What a fantastic day at Forest School with Disley Forest School! KS1 got creative making their own Hapa Zome bunting - a fascinating Japanese art technique - to decorate our Forest School area. The children had a wonderful time using hammers to transfer the natural pigments from flowers and leaves onto fabric to create stunning designs. 🌸🔨To round off the session, they enjoyed some mindful observational flower drawing to help them relax and reflect.

Forest School fun with Disley Forest School. Inspired by last week, our Nursery children built their own obstacle course - showing fantastic teamwork. They also learned a new skill, safely peeling carrots, and got creative making flower bouquets with dandelions and a colander! They’ve loved developing new skills, building strength and enjoying time together outdoors.
