Our End of Term Fun Day was filled with laughter, smiles, and so many wonderful memories. It was lovely to see so many of our nursery families come along, get stuck into all the activities, and enjoy the day together. Thank you for making it so special!

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful nursery families from all of our settings, who joined us at Reddish Vale Farm to celebrate the graduation of our amazing Tiny Turtles. It was such a memorable day, and we loved celebrating this important milestone with you all.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Tiny Turtles. Watching them grow in confidence, curiosity and kindness has been a privilege, and we know they are going to do amazing things as they begin their next adventure at school. 🌟

🌿 Little Explorers on Big Adventures! 🌿

Our babies have had so much fun exploring natural resources in the home corner, using their imaginations to fill, pour, transport, and discover through open ended play. 🥄🍃

The fun didn't stop there! Our soft play obstacle course had everyone climbing, crawling, balancing, and giggling their way through exciting physical challenges, helping to build confidence and develop key physical skills.

🦷✨ Supervised toothbrushing at Tiny Turtles✨🦷

We are incredibly proud to share that Tiny Turtles has been selected as one of only a handful of nurseries in Stockport to take part in a new supervised toothbrushing programme sponsored by the local council!

This fantastic initiative will help our children develop healthy brushing habits from an early age, supporting brighter smiles and healthier futures. Our team will be helping children learn the importance of good oral hygiene through fun, daily toothbrushing activities.

🦷 Tooth decay remains one of the leading causes of hospital admissions for children aged 5–9 years in England.
🦷 Almost 9 out of 10 hospital tooth extractions in children aged 0–5 are caused by preventable tooth decay.
🦷 Good brushing habits established in the early years can help prevent pain, infections, sleep disruption and missed days at nursery and school.

At Tiny Turtles, we're passionate about giving children the best start in life, and this new programme is another exciting way we're supporting their health and wellbeing.

Our preschool children have really enjoyed learning about healthy oral habits and have been excited to showcase their amazing tooth brushing skills
