Over the past few weeks we have been putting together some exciting take home bags for the children🛍
We started off with planting our own Sunflowers and some of them a growing fabulously🌻 Oatie biscuits as a request from one of our Pre School children 🍪and some make your own playdough with a little leaflet all about screen time for under 5's📺
The children have had a wonderful time!💚🧡

🌞Fun in the Sun 🌞
Our babies have been enjoying outdoor play in the ball pit, they have been throwing and rolling the balls to each other.

Pre School Marvellous Mathematicians🔢
During some focused play in Pre School the children have been developing their marvellous math skills and are beginning to recognise numerals.

Using child's interests Siobhan set up a very exciting minibeast hunt table and using the bee numbers was able to incorporate maths into this. They have been doing lots of number matching and counting and we had some very proud Pre Schoolers ✨

The children have also been developing their mark making skills and fine motor skills by using different mark making tools to form numbers💚🧡

World earth day🌍
This week we spent some time talking about our plant and why it is so important we look after it 🌳
Babies explored some blue and green playdough and used their fine motor skills to roll, squash and pat the playdough to make circles to represent the earth🩵
Toddlers enjoyed some messy paint play, creating their own earth pictures using some pictures of reference✨
