Hi! I’m Bryn, a musician in Edgeley, and I’m pleased to introduce EDGELEY BEGINNER GUITAR CLASS, a six-week course starting this November. 🎸

On this course you’ll learn to play guitar — it's as simple as that! It's a small group class at my tutor room near Alexandra Park. No pressure, no feeling out-of-your-depth: the focus is on taking our time, learning about music and just enjoying it.

Interested but don't have a guitar? No problem! 😎 Many beginners don't have a guitar, so instruments are provided on-site for each session. You don't need to bring anything with you.

Would you like to

✅get out more?
✅meet new people in the local area?
✅do something fun this autumn?

Book your space today:

My percussive guitar version of 'You're so Vain' by Carly Simon.

Percussive guitar involves creating more rhythmic sounds, such as using the thumb to slap the strings.

In this example, I overdid it a bit. The thumb slaps are too aggressive and should be a bit more nuanced and subtle. It's one I will keep working on.

My two favourite guitars 🤓🎸

1. Fender Stratocaster 1989 Plus Deluxe w/ Lace Sensors
2. Taylor 214CE acoustic
