A big thank you to entrepreneur Max Opara for recently spending the afternoon with our Year 12 Business A Level students at Marple College.
Max, founder of fashion brand Max Chidera, shared the realities of his entrepreneurial journey – from securing finance and overcoming challenges to the rewards of building a business and the importance of looking after yourself along the way.
There were plenty of questions from our students, and what was planned as a guest talk turned into almost two hours of conversation.
We’re really grateful to Max for giving his time so generously and sharing his experiences with our future businesspeople and entrepreneurs.
