Central Pole Dance Studio Pole Dance & Fitness classes in Stirling. If you are looking for a fun but effective way to exercise, this is the class for you.

Pole Fitness is a strenuous exercise where you perform gymnastic like moves around a pole, using all muscle groups for a full body workout. There is no upper age limit or minimum fitness level required, it is a sport for absolutely all shapes and sizes, and I like to welcome a varied mix of people to my classes! Everyone will be free to learn at their own pace in a safe and friendly environment, b

ut I will always be on hand when you need a little motivation to help you progress further and achieve maximum results. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 9 people per session, allowing me to be more hands on with all students. You can be sure that you are in good hands with a fully qualified, fully insured instructor. Please contact me if you would like any more information or would like to book!

We love seeing new faces in the studio, and getting started couldn’t be easier. All of our Pole Fitness and Stretch classes are completely beginner friendly, and suitable for newbies.

We don’t care about dress sizes, strength levels, how flexible you are, if you have 2 left feet, if you’re 19 or 79. We only care that you are willing to give it a go 🫶
