Calling Local Creatives
Join us this Thursday 28th May for Session 1 of our FREE development and networking workshops:
✨ Falkirk From Place to Creative Space – Turning Your Idea into a Proposal ✨
Have a creative project idea but not sure how to turn it into a proposal? This practical workshop is designed to help you get your ideas out of your head and onto the page.
Led by Kevin Harrison, Director of Artlink Central, the session will include a short presentation alongside a hands-on interactive workshop. You’re encouraged to bring along an idea you’d like to develop.
Whether you’re completely new to applying for commissions or looking to strengthen how you present your creative practice, this session is for you.
🖌 What you’ll cover:
• How to shape and articulate a creative idea
• What makes a proposal clear and compelling
• Common pitfalls and how to avoid them
• Dedicated time to work on your own idea with support
About the facilitator:
Kevin Harrison has led Artlink Central for over sixteen years, delivering programmes that connect artists, communities, and public partners through creativity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
These free sessions form part of Falkirk — From Place to Creative Space, a public art programme delivered by Artlink Central and Falkirk Delivers, supported by Creative Scotland.
