Ailie Millen Childminding Services I have 25 years experience working with children in the Stirling area. I have a part time space fro My website gives a flavour of what I offer.

I offer a service to parents and children that is enriched with old fashioned values; the emphasis being on good manners, encouraging independence and having lots of outdoor fun and adventures. I am a qualified nursery nurse NNEB and a registered childminder with Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCWIS)

• I am fully trained in Paediatric First Aid
• I am registered as a food pr

emises with the Food Standards Agency
• I have a Level 2 food hygiene and healthy eating training certificate
• I have completed Child protection training


I have consistently high Care Inspectorate grades
(5 very good & 6 excellent). I maintain a folder with all insurance policies and certificates available for parents to view. I continually update my personal professional development by attending training courses, completing online training, reading publications from SCWIS, SCMA and the Scottish government.

I will have four before/after school places available for the new Autumn Term in August 2024.
I can go to any school in the area but all children will need to attend same school.

As the country recovers from lockdown, I hope to work together with families to remain vigilant and reduce the risk of infection.
I have a Coronavirus Policy which outlines additional safety measures and procedures within my setting.
I continue to follow the latest Scottish Government guidance for childminders and update procedures where necessary.
