About us
Alsorts was established in 1994 and has charitable status. It is managed by a voluntary management committee made up of parents using the facility.
Alsorts provides childcare after school during term-time from 3pm-6pm and full days from 8.30am–5.30pm in the holidays. We provide a variety of healthy snacks for the children around 3.30pm.
We have two buildings (4 rooms), our own garden area and access to the school playing fields, playground and adventure play area. During term-time, Main building is used by P1-P3 children and Second building for P4-P7 children. All children access all the rooms during school holidays. .
There is a wide variety of resources for the children to access, ranging from art/craft materials, Wii, pool, table tennis and lots more. We encourage the use of ICT equipment.
