Hybrid Training Club is a structured strength & conditioning program that actually moves the needle.
We train the three systems that drive real results:
• Aerobic engine. your base, so you can do more without gassing out
• Threshold. your ceiling for sustained effort, so “hard” feels easier
• Strength and muscular endurance so you’re stronger, tougher, and don’t fall apart when it counts

Two years. Every Thursday. Every Saturday.
This group showed up week in, week out whether they were chasing a race time or just showing up to stay consistent and train hard. That mix of people is exactly what made it work.
The Hyrox class gave a lot of people their first taste of what they were actually capable of. That’s something I’ll never forget.
But when I looked around the room, the truth was that most people weren’t there for Hyrox. They were there to train properly, stay consistent, and get results within a community. The “class” name never really reflected that.
What’s coming next is built around how I’ve always believed training should work more progressive, purposeful, and designed to get the absolute best out of every person in that room.
Better community. Training that’s more aligned with the vision.

Stress + rest = growth
Got away for a couple of days to recharge, exactly what I needed.
Ticked a big one off the list, seeing a game at San Siro before it’s gone.
Also spent time exploring Milan and the surrounding areas, and even managed to sneak in the ATHX Games… which was a popular decision 😅🤣
For me, this is what an ideal break looks like a lot of exploring, plenty of laughs, some unreal food, and a bit of fitness sprinkled in.
You don’t lose progress from taking time off you lose it from being inconsistent over time.
Now back feeling re-energised and ready to attack the next few months leading into summer with the team 😎

ATHX Milan 🇮🇹
This one wasn’t even on the cards… the event was sold out until Wednesday, managed to grab a spot literally the day before flying out on Thursday. Final attempt before packing the case 😅
Went into this keeping the focus clear city break first, ATHX second. No prep, no build-up, just turning up to enjoy it and see what other fitness events are like outside the usual.
Safe to say lack of prep definitely showed in the performance 😅
Still enjoyed it and not about to hit you with the usual “wasn’t our day” post-event speech 🤣
Completely different to Hyrox as well, which was actually really nice to experience something new. Definitely got me keen for Glasgow 👀 and I’d 100% recommend giving it a go.
Time to refuel like an athlete… unfortunately that athlete is now 90% pizza and pasta 🤌🇮🇹

March Madness 💥
First gym move of my career.
HYROX PB.
Half marathon PB.
Clients absolutely smashing it.
Busiest class of the year.
Some good signs of the hard work that’s been put in over the last year.
Success leaves clues… just gotta keep following them.

Hyrox Glasgow recap 🏁
Couldn’t be prouder of the troops who show up week in, week out. Seeing them enjoy the result of all that hard work 🙌
Just nice to put a spotlight on these legends and what they’ve achieved 👏🔥
A lot of this comes from the work they put in on their own and with some great coaches in 1-1 settings so no credit taken. Just nice to have played a small part in helping.
pleasure having them as part of the community.
