Do you have an active toddler ??

Why not try these 3 fun tips to engage them with music and movement when you are at home….

1 - create a set time each day for some music, maybe after breakfast or after nap time. This could be a time to do some singing together, maybe our welcome and hello songs from classes or why not try some dancing? You can download at home? some of our Boogie Beat dances are available to download in our shop www.boogiebeat.co.uk/shop

2- get creative and make some props to help! An empty bottle with pasta or rice in makes a great shaker; a small teddy can make a great item to practice balancing and a tea towel can make a great scarf to shake around

3- sing song with movements such as ‘if your happy and you know it’, ‘wheels on the bus’, ‘head, shoulders, knees and toes’. These are great to encourage their language whilst getting them moving. You could also sing our Giggles washes his hands or Giggles brushes his teeth songs each time they need to complete this in the day.
