What a fab day yesterday in the woods nice and chilled we made wild garlic bread. The children made a slide working together to build the structure

Today was a day to the children really embraced risky play!
They built the most rocky “death slide” and worked together to find ways to make it more stable. It was built and rebuilt quite a few times getting high and higher. I loved the log steps up they built and really work well together as a team.
Thanks for Hayley for being as wonderful as always but we did miss the lovely Cathy and her cakes.

What a fab day no rain yay. small group but all busy and enjoying being in the small woods

I think welly may be required for our session tomorrow. The site may have a lot of standing water!

What a fab session with the wet weather the children embraced it making mud slides and having a fab time. We made toffee apples which they all loved.we also made some spooky spiders and mummies which looked fab on the bracket fungus on the trees
