Breeze Birthing bring The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme to the families of Letchworth and Baldock.

Founder of Breeze Birthing, Jane Wallington, is a highly experienced Hypnobirthing practitioner & birth doula.
Jane works in partnership with the Letchworth and Baldock Children's Centre Group​ to deliver sessions locally.

Free workshops are available every month in Baldock, so local families can learn more about Hypnobirthing 'The Wise Hippo' way and take home with them a tool for pregnancy, labour, birth & beyond.

The full course is also available, every month, at the same venue- the community room at Baldock Fire Station.
