Starting as TA in Norwich, Matt Blayney is now headteacher of The Priory School in Hitchin🙌

Through chatting to Matt, we learnt that he found it beneficial to have experience as both a TA and then a cover supervisor (after missing a deadline for his PGCE application🙈) before becoming a headteacher later down the line.
