Through the Connect to Work programme, Victoria received support to move closer to her goals. Today, she is working as a Teaching Assistant and continues to work towards her dream of becoming a History teacher.

Her journey shows that with the right support and determination, new chapters really are possible.

This year the day was all about something really simple, but important: slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and not forgetting the small everyday things that actually shape how we feel.

And it really connects with what we believe at SPS Training Solutions - that learning, work, and progress all start with how you’re doing as a person.
