We had a wonderful time dancing at the Inclusive Performing Arts Bedfordshire festival!!! Everyone was so lovely and the festival was amazing!!! 🥰🩷

We also got to see Born to Perform UK and Cube Arts College💗 perform! Wow!!! 🤩

Last chance to book onto our Summer Workshop 2026. Don’t miss out! Contact Ellie to join in the fun!☀️🦹‍♀️🤩

The theme of our Summer Workshop 2026 is Superhero’s!!!

🗓️Wednesday 29th July

🕐 1pm - 3pm

📍 Fairlands Valley Park studio, Stevenage (next to the cafe)

💷 Only £7.50 per person

We will create masks and shields so you can become your very own superhero! And of course, we will do lots of dancing to some superhero classics, including prop work and choreographing our own dances!

Some people couldn’t make our showcase last week as they got stuck in traffic, so of course we had to perform it again this week!

Our Butterfly Creatives had a busy last lesson. We danced with props, performed our showcase again, and gave out our first Activate Dance Award! 🤩

✨ Inclusive Performing Arts Festival ✨

We’re doing one last post for this year’s Inclusive Performing Arts Bedfordshire Festival because we’re so excited!!! 😆

Our sessions will be on Wednesday 22nd July between 12:45pm and 1:45pm, so make sure you head to the BedFrindge website (scan the QR code) to book onto a session!

💃🕺 The first session is a taster of our COLLECTIVE class!
12:45pm-1:15pm
Ages 14+

We will warm up, learn a longer routine to a song in the charts, and finish with a calming stretch. We will adapt the dance so that anyone and everyone, regardless of their ability, can take part!

🎶🌈 The second session is a taster of CREATIVES class!
1:15pm-1:45pm
All ages

We will learn lots of short, easy to follow routines, explore dancing with some sensory props and instruments, and choreograph our own dance using symbols! All moves can be adapted so anyone and everyone can take part!

Have you always wanted to dance but mainstream classes don’t work for you? Then this is the class for you!

This class, Butterfly Inspire, is the step between Butterfly Creatives and Butterfly Collective. We will learn a new routine each week to a popular song, with every move being adaptable.

Designed to be accessible for those who are ambulant, use a wheelchair, or a mobility aid who would like to attend a mainstream dance class.
