Another tough day at Stepps Childcare! 10 years of looking after this most special lad 5 days a week - like family he is and always will be 💙 Heart is hurting tonight but it’s also lovely to watch them grow knowing they are moving onwards and upwards to bigger and better adventures and being able to watch them from the sidelines also knowing you have helped in some small way to help them become the beautiful human they are 💕 This job is a privilege
