Looking for something to do with your younger children? Have a look at what we have coming up over the next month or so.

Bright Seedlings are our weekly sessions for children from toddling to 6 yrs old and their grown ups.

Forest Thursdays are one off sessions for children from toddling to 6 yrs old and their grown ups.

Seedlings and Saplings are our hoilday offerings for children from toddling to 8 yrs old and their grown ups.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch. All these ages are given as a guide, if you think your child would benefit from attending a session with us we are happy to have a chat.

It was gorgeous to be back at The Outdoor Pre-school on Friday. After a long summer, it was great to see all the children again and meet the new cohort.

We thought about the type of animals that could live the grounds of pre-school and had a go at making mini-habitats. As they created, the children talked about which animals would live amongst the different features they were making. The children remembered seeing birds, squirrels and mice last term, and pointed our we need to refill our bird feeder for the hungry robin.

Already looking forward to next Friday!

Has anyone spotted our Christmas Wreath making sessions are now available to book on our website?

2.5 hrs of creative bliss in our private woodland setting. We will look after you during the session with warming drinks, festive treats and a campfire cooked lunch.

With help and demonstrations from the Bright Woods team, you will create a willow hoop, before adding gorgeous evergreens, pincecones and a decorative ribbon.

Sunday 30th November or Tuesday 2nd December
10:00 - 13.30
Early bird tickets available now £35, normal price £40.

A week today we will be back running , Bright Seedlings, our weekly sessions for pre-school children 🌱🌳🦋🐝

Autumn is an exciting time to be in the woods with beautiful colours and warm golden sun creating the most stunning backdrop for mornings of fun. We have a lovely term planned with invitations for the children to investigate this most magical of seasons through stories, trails and crafts as well as to enjoy all that the natural surrounding have to offer for play and sensory exploration.
