We are a friendly, welcoming dance school where your child can learn, grow in confidence, meet new friends and of course, dance in a supportive environment!

Based at St Andrew’s Church Hall, Starbeck, we offer classes from 18 months right through to adults!

Alongside our weekly classes, our dancers have the opportunity to take part in IDTA examinations, our annual show at the beautiful Royal Hall, workshops, performances and some very exciting performance opportunities!

We’re incredibly proud of the lovely community we have created at Summerbell and would love to welcome you to be part of it.

Message us for class availability, our timetable or to arrange a trial!

We hope to dance with you soon!

Yesterday we had the most wonderful evening collaborating with the fabulous Urban Circus Studios in Harrogate! 🎪🩷

Our senior girls were treated to an amazing aerial workshop, getting the chance to have a go on the hoop, pole and hammock – and they absolutely loved it!

I was so proud of how our girls threw themselves into something new, but even more proud of how friendly, encouraging and supportive they were of one another throughout the evening. 🥰

A huge thank you to Nat and Carla for being so welcoming, patient and encouraging with our dancers and giving them such a brilliant experience.

We had the BEST time and I think we may have found a new favourite workshop!

We can't wait to come back again soon! 🩷✨

We had the BEST time at Summer school this week!

We had the most beautifully behaved children and wonderful student helpers 🩷

We danced, played games, crafts, glitter tattoos, made pop videos and did a fabulous performance all packed into 3 days of fun!

Thank you for coming everyone! We can't wait for next time! 🥳🩷

A huge thank you to our wonderful adult dancers for our incredibly thoughtful gift 🩷

Miss Hazel, Auntie Gill and I were lucky enough to spend the day in London and watch Cabaret – and wow... it was absolutely incredible! What a truly unforgettable experience.

We feel so lucky to have such a thoughtful and supportive dance family. Thank you all so much. 🩷✨
