JESS PASSED WITH NO MINORS! 🎉🚗

A huge congratulations to Jess, who passed at Nottingham Chilwell Driving Test Centre with ZERO driving faults! 👏

Passing is a brilliant feeling anyway, but coming away with no minors makes this one extra special. Really proud of you, Jess — enjoy that freedom! 🙌

Looking to book your own test? Get me involved BEFORE you choose the date.

My Total Driving Test Service means help with the whole process:

✅ Guidance on choosing your test centre and planning your booking.
✅ Actual dates and times to avoid from my diary, so you book a test I can cover.
✅ A two-hour Test Success session with me, a driving test expert and ADI since 2008.
✅ A test-day warm-up, dual-control car and support for the big day.

You can plan your test knowing your instructor and car are available for the slot we’ve agreed.

Already booked and need a last minute driving instructor? Looking for an emergency driving instructor or an urgent test instructor in Nottingham? I also help drivers who need a driving instructor just for test day, subject to availability and an assessment of their driving.

Well done again, Jess — what a result! 🌟

🎉 Sabarinath has passed his driving test at Chesterfield! 🚗👏

Congratulations Sabarinath! Another fantastic short-notice driving test pass.

This one is a good example of why I don't work like a traditional driving instructor.

Sabarinath needed picking up and dropping back off in Ashfield, which is around 30 minutes from the Chesterfield test centre.

For a normal instructor, that could easily be a problem — especially when they've got other pupils and lessons to get to.

For me? No problem at all.

Once I've agreed to cover your test, the job is to make sure you're looked after from start to finish.

In fact, if you're looking to book your driving test, this is something I'd encourage you to think about BEFORE you book it.

Give me the dates you're considering and I'll tell you which ones to avoid because I'm already booked, and which dates I can definitely be on hand for.

That way we can plan the whole thing properly:

✅ Book the right test date
✅ Prepare specifically for the test
✅ Make sure you're ready for the centre
✅ Pick you up and get you there in plenty of time
✅ Proper test-day warm-up
✅ Reliable, top-quality dual-control car
✅ Test itself
✅ Debrief and get you home afterwards

It's not just about finding a test — it's about making sure you've got someone there who can actually support you when that date arrives.

And for anyone converting an international licence, I can help with that too.

Well done Sabarinath! 👏🥳

🎉 Cal has passed at Nottingham Chilwell! 🚗👏

Another driving test success — congratulations Cal!

Sometimes you don't need to change instructors or start having regular lessons again. You might already be driving well, but just need some focused preparation and an instructor who can actually be there for your test.

That's where I can help.

If your instructor can't cover your test date, doesn't cover Chilwell, or you've managed to grab a short-notice cancellation, I can provide driving instructor support just for the test day.

Preparation, warm-up, dual-control car for the test and a debrief afterwards — all sorted.

Well done Cal! 👏🥳

👏 VILMOS PASSES AT COLWICK! 🚗🎉

A fantastic result for Vilmos, who has successfully passed his driving test at Nottingham Colwick.

Getting ready for a test at short notice can be a completely different experience from learning to drive from scratch. If you're already driving, the priority is often identifying those little areas that need attention and getting properly prepared for the assessment.

Vilmos did exactly that — and came away with the result he wanted.

Another short notice driving test pass to celebrate! 🙌

Well done Vilmos. Enjoy being out on the road! 🚗💨

🚗🎉 Another short notice driving test pass — this time at Chilwell!

Well done to Simone, who has passed her driving test at Chilwell Driving Test Centre.

Getting a driving test can be difficult enough, but finding an instructor who is available when you need them can be another problem altogether.

I specialise in helping drivers who are already capable behind the wheel but need an experienced instructor to step in close to test day.

My Driving Instructor Just For Test Day service can include focused preparation and the use of a dual-control car for the test.

🚗 Another short notice driving test pass at Ashfield! 🎉

Congratulations to Mackenzie, who has successfully passed his driving test at Ashfield Driving Test Centre.

Not everyone looking for an instructor is starting from scratch. Some drivers already have plenty of experience but need a little expert preparation before their test — particularly when they've managed to find a test date at short notice.

That's exactly what my driving instructor just for test day service is designed for.

If you've got a test booked and suddenly need an instructor, a test-day car or some focused preparation beforehand, you can see how the service works here:

I cover Ashfield and many other test centres across the Midlands, helping drivers who need last-minute driving instructor support rather than a long programme of lessons.
