Pools ready - suns not out but let's see how this goes - little ones to get in the pool :)

Swimming cancelled for today - the heater is struggling to keep the pool warm enough over night- here's hoping the warm weather returns soon!!

The weather wasnt on our side this week for our first swimming session - but we loosely followed this plan on sea and ocean

With a mixture if craft, sensory, fine and gross motor skills.

The new magnetic connetix has probably been the most played with building toy :)

And the toni box has kept lots of us entertained :)

Nanny crocheted some wonderful sea creatures flr us to enjoy

Next week it looks likes dinosaur play - which im sure will have some messy play!!

Fingers crossed the wind drops and we can get in the pool!

Its looking like we could be supporting a few more little ones with their next milestone soon - so ive put this little guide together to help :)

An update to spaces

We believe we are totally full now until at least September 2028.

If any spaces become available i will pop on here and let everyone know.

We will not being doing any visits unless a space becomes available.

We have received a lot of inquiries recently for babies on the way and those already here needing childcare.

After talking to current parents we can confirm the following spaces will be available.

Monday - Thursday
8am-16.30
Term time only (ideally)
Under 2 year old
We would be ideally looking at filling this as a full time space

September 2027
Monday - Thursday

There is definitely a cold of some sort scattering through the little ones at the moment so just a reminder for all about when its best to keep them home :(

And thats a wrap - 2025 is finished for childminding.

We have been spoilt and had some lovely comments about the bags that have been sent home. The calendars were for the first time totally homemade and although they took forever the outcome seems better :) and after a comment to mum about their sweet covers would be lovely with names on she sat and hand sewed all of them 😍

But it really is a pleasure to share these special memories with your little ones!
Seeing the excitement grow as the days grow closer to Christmas is a privilege we will never take for granted :)

The Christmas craft bags are finished and will be heading home early next week!

Plans for this week will be - a super chilled week - christmas themed sensory, nativity play, play dough and lots of christmas songs and films.

Excitement levels will be high, so the chilled events will help.

Wednesday is sonnys birthday - so thank you to all those who are able to collect early :)

Thursday will be our christmas party with a visit from Santa :) - and our last day working until 2026.
