Update to our sleeping arrangements..

Most of you will know we have been or will be transitioning some of our sleepers - we are no longer allowed to use buggies for sleeping so this is our plan...

Over 3s will remain in the sleeping roll matts we have always used (if your child is heading off to school sept 2027 we will be reducing their sleep gradually over the next few months)

2 year olds are on a water proof sleeping matt with a fitted sheet and cellular blanket

Under 2s are in a travel cot with a firm water proof mattress, fitted sheet and cellular blanket ...

Each child's bedding ia allocated just to them -as it always has been

We will obviously keep you updated on how it goes

But one of us sits in with the children whilst they fall to sleep and we have them on constant video throughout their sleep - which has motion detection enabled and we regularly check on the children throughout their sleep.

We have rearranged some hours and days and managed to free up a space for a 1 year old ...Starting September 30 hours a ...

What does childminding look like when your little ones are not here

Garden re set
Swimming things washed
All swimming items stored back away in their bags
Bedding all washed and put away
Sleep room re set (was a full on clean this week after the hectic change around trying to make the air con units work)
Playroom re set
Bathroom cleaned
Hand towels all cleaned and restocked

Pools ready - suns not out but let's see how this goes - little ones to get in the pool :)

The weather wasnt on our side this week for our first swimming session - but we loosely followed this plan on sea and ocean

With a mixture if craft, sensory, fine and gross motor skills.

The new magnetic connetix has probably been the most played with building toy :)

And the toni box has kept lots of us entertained :)

Nanny crocheted some wonderful sea creatures flr us to enjoy

Next week it looks likes dinosaur play - which im sure will have some messy play!!

Fingers crossed the wind drops and we can get in the pool!
