Stamford Community Orchard Group

In Victorian times over 40 varieties of apples were bred around the town, many of these have been lost. We have an orchard and search for the old apples.

Stamford is a market town in the southernmost tip of Lincolnshire. It has been declared the "finest stone Georgian town in England" and has been used as a location for many films and television series, including "Pride and Prejudice" and "Middlemarch".
