Mummy Nature

Hello. There has been a long silence from Mummy nature during which time I have been busy with many things; being an Art psychotherapist, working as a perinatal mental health lead in a prison and having another Hypnobirthing baby (now toddler) of my own and the lovely Ellie who also taught Mummy nature Hypnobirthing is working as a fully qualified midwife 🌟

Classes will resume in the Autumn 🍂

The best time for most people to attend a class is around 30 weeks, it’s great to book early and start listening to Hypnobirthing audio (which is sent upon booking) then bring a birth partner (if you have one) to classes later on and keep the knowledge fresh / practice more from then.
