Personal, loving care in a setting that feels like home❤️ Hello and welcome to The Little Lane Nursery in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Opened in October 2015, this town centre located nursery school is situated in one of the many enchanting lanes of Stamford. A former barn, built with traditional Stamford stone, was transformed for the purpose of a nursery school. A charming setting is an oasis of calm, tucked away from the hubbub of the town, offering a homely environment for just 43 children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The Little Lane Nursery has been created by two local Stamford Mummy’s with a vision of providing children with a warm, home from home environment that allows them to develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning. We are passionate about promoting a happy, healthy and active nursery life with home cooked nutritious food and lots of opportunities to explore the local area. Our aim is to provide top quality care in a small setting, giving each child the time and attention they need, as they would at home.

The Daisies have been loving their adventures to Burghley Woods! 🌿🌳
They’ve enjoyed exploring their surroundings, identifying different parts of nature, building dens using sticks and of course having lots of fun sliding down the muddy slopes! 🪵🍃🤎

The Daisies had a lovely trip to Brew & Play! 💛

It was the perfect place for our toddlers to explore, climb and use their imaginations through lots of exciting role play. The children had so much fun exploring the different areas, building their confidence and enjoying new experiences together.

We certainly had an amazing time!

This morning, our Bluebells enjoyed a lovely trip to Grand View Care Home for a special Jo Jingles session! 🎶💛

The children loved helping the residents join in with one of their favourite activities, handing out musical instruments, singing along and showing such wonderful kindness and care. It was so lovely to see the different generations coming together and sharing such a special morning. 🥰🎵

The Forest School children have been keeping cool in the warm weather by enjoying a variety of exciting water play activities. From creating magical potions to making lots of bubbly fun, the children explored, experimented, and developed their imaginative play while staying refreshed in the sunshine 💚
