School ready starts with building confidence in everyday skills! 🌟
One way we are supporting children is developing their independence by practising PE-style activities and learning how to get changed by themselves. From managing buttons and zips to putting on shoes and coats, these important life skills help prepare children for a smooth transition to school.

🌿 Keeping Cool & Bringing the Outdoors In

During the warmer weather, we’re creating cool, calming spaces for our children by bringing nature indoors with plants and natural activities ☀️🌱
From watering plants to exploring nature-inspired play, our little ones are learning, relaxing and staying connected to the outdoors while keeping safe in the heat. Alongside shaded play, water activities and plenty of hydration 💧, we’re making the most of summer in a fun and nurturing way.

Our little gardeners have had a wonderful time getting their hands muddy and their imaginations blooming! From planting colourful flowers to growing veggies in our nursery garden, the children have loved learning where food comes from and watching nature come to life. 🌻

Today the children have been enjoying a range of fun, age-appropriate activities celebrating England’s patron Saint. Creative crafts and storytelling to exploring traditions in a playful, engaging way.
We love bringing special days like this to life, helping little ones learn about the world around them while building confidence, curiosity, and friendships.

We had a very special visitor at nursery this week… a fluffy bunny rabbit! 🐰✨

The children were absolutely delighted, enjoying the chance to gently meet, stroke, and learn all about our new furry friend. There were lots of smiles, giggles, and magical moments all round!

We’re all going on a Spring Bug Hunt! 🐞 Searching high & low in the garden to see who we could find. Discovering wiggly worms, speedy beetles, and even a few shy ladybirds. It’s amazing to see how curious, gentle and kind the children become, learning through play, building confidence, and making lovely memories with friends along the way 💛

We’ve had a great week celebrating Easter with lots of exciting activities. From Easter egg hunts and spring-themed crafts to storytelling and outdoor play, it’s been full of smiles, laughter, and creativity. 🎨🌷
