Today is World Down Syndrome Day, a global day to celebrate the strengths, personalities and achievements of people with Down’s syndrome and to call for true inclusion in every part of life.
At The Reading Doctors, we believe every child is a reader in the making, and that high expectations, the right support and genuinely inclusive practice make all the difference.
We are thinking especially of our families today - and of the brilliant children and young people with Down’s syndrome who work so hard, make us laugh, and show us every week what is possible when they are understood, supported and included.
