We had a lovely day with Quinn's tiney home today! Been lovely to meet up with another tiney childminder within my area! Lots of laughs and fun running around, climbing and spinning. ☺️
Feeding the ducks was great (I’m not the biggest bird lover, but braved it for the children) that’s what childminding is all about pushing past your fears to see the joy on the children’s faces 🥰
We also got to go on a bus using public transport and getting involved with community helps children to know where they belong 💗

Definitely be doing this again very soon 😄

🔴Red Nose Day🔴

We have a fun few day last week celebrating Red Nose Day, dressing in red clothing and Red activities such as:
🔴Red sensory tuff tray
🔴Red rice and oats
🔴painting our own red noses
🔴all around fun play

These activities enhances physical development using fine motor skills and hand to eye coordination.
Using speech and language to identify the colour red❤️
And Expression arts and design using imagination 😇

We have been speaking about the colour of the rice and amounts we are using in each container using numbers and quantities. 🔢
These kind of activities help to strengthen hand muscles, hand-eye coordination and imagination✨

A lovely Wednesday morning with these little angels 😇
Playing and exploring is our favourite thing to do! Having an understanding of colours and patterns.
Using fine motor skills to handle oats with hands and utensils by filling and emptying small containers ☺️

The concentration faces are brilliant! Could watch them all day long talking to each other and themselves about what to do next, expressing their thoughts and feelings through messy play 😇

Christmas painting crafts made with bubbles and using Christmas cookie cutters 🥰
Angels G & N-R really enjoyed this activity watching the bubbles pop on their paper. Talking about the colours and shapes we are using and helping each when needed 😇❤️
