Our summer fair last Saturday raised a huge £720 ! Thanks to everybody who came along to support us. The money will be used to buy new equipment for the children. Keep an eye on our page for details of all future events.

Tomorrow is our House Cup Rounders Tournament and we have given students the option of playing in fancy dress for extra fun! There is no pressure to come in fancy dress as they can still play in their normal school PE kit. For students who want to play rounders in fancy dress, please arrive at school in their normal PE kit. Students can change into their costumes before the start of the tournament.

Come and join us for our PGTA Action Day. Stay all day or drop in when you are free. Refreshments will be provided including lunch for those who stay all day. We have many DIY jobs from cleaning, painting and gardening to repairing, mending and brewing up! Pupils from Year 6 upwards are welcome to join us and help.

As the King’s Coronation is a special and historical event, we would like to celebrate as a school.
On Friday 5th May 2023 we will be hosting a red, white and blue non-uniform day throughout the whole school, where pupils and staff will be encouraged, though not compulsory, to dress in red, white and blue.
In the Primary School, we will be holding Coronation activities throughout the day, while in Secondary, it will be lessons as normal.
Years 7-9 will need to wear appropriate clothing for PE or bring a change of clothes/trainers.

Our amazing Duke Of Edinburgh students did a great job carrying out a litter pick on Gorse Hall last Saturday. Well done!

I am delighted to tell you that we have an Open Evening on Tuesday 7th March, 5.00 – 7.00pm.
The Open Evening is a great opportunity to allow other families to see our wonderful school and celebrate our fantastic pupils. The Open Evening is also an opportunity for Trinity families to come and see the learning environment and all the fabulous work that their children are doing in school. For our Year 6 children this is an excellent occasion to meet the Secondary Staff and experience a taste of what it will be like when your child moves up to the Secondary school.

Our Nativity cast were outstanding last week. Thank you to all the children and teachers for their hard work and to all the parents who came to support.

Year 11 on their visit to the Manchester Christmas Markets.

Our Christmas Fair is this Friday from 3pm-4.30pm and it will be a non-uniform day throughout the School. Amongst other things we will have market stalls selling food and hot drinks, books, toys and a chocolate tombola with a couple of small businesses selling Christmas gifts. Spread the word among your family and friends!

Every week millions of children play football, many of them in organised clubs and organisations. As part of its safeguarding response, the Football Association has created a safeguarding course for parents.

The course is designed to help parents make informed choices about the football settings where they enrol their children. The course helps parents recognise best practice and see where there may be concerns, so that they can report them quickly and effectively.
