Squashing Social Anxiety

For years I suffered with social anxiety, not that any of my close friends knew about it because I didn't talk about it ! I never told them the reason I 'couldn't ' come out was because I was too fearful and anxious.

I have had several panic attacks and numerous early exits from social occasions and numerous scenarios playing traumatically over and over again in my mind.

That's ok, I have a new way of thinking, a new way of operating and a much healthier view onmyself, my memories , where my life is going and where it is now
