First day of the half term, we went to Wisley gardens, making the most of the dry day. We started at the library for story time with Simon and then we went for a walk through the gardens and stopped at the family centre to plant cress seeds. Love is in the air ❤️
I just wanted to share few photos from the love letters we received last week. The children were all so excited when an envelope came through the post, they were so eager to see what was inside . We looked at where our friends live on the map and practised saying and remembering the names of the towns.
It was such a lovely initiative thanks
to Leah's Little'uns Childminding for organising. We are looking forward to writing letters again soon ❤️

This week we have been busy making love cards to send to our Pen pal friends and we walked to the post office to post them. We can’t wait for our friends to receive our crafts and gifts. We also made some love potions with flower petals.

We had lots of fun today in Little Street, the children showed an interest in role play lately, dressing up and exploring different roles at home, I supported their learning by taking them to this amazing role play centre. They posted letters, built walls,went shopping , pretended to be pop stars, doctors, farmers, beauticians and train drivers, all in one morning ! 😁
