Thank you to the children who came to the Alton Castle Garden party today. It was a pleasure to open the garden party with beautiful singing. It was wonderful to be able to perform our trust songs for a wider audience too.

We are so proud of Mollie and Meredith. They represented Faber in the St Gabriel public speaking competition. One of the characteristics of The St Gabriel MAT is to speak with peace and courage and to stand up and speak in front of a room full of people certainly takes courage. Both of the girls delivered a well rehearsed and heartfelt speech.

This week Class One have been reading the traditional tale Little Red Riding Hood. We had a wonderful time making jam sandwiches for Grandma then writing instructions of how to make them. We even had a lovely picnic with the rest of the sandwiches!
