🚨🚨 URGENT: PTFA AT RISK OF CLOSURE 🚨🚨

📅 AGM – Wednesday 22nd October
🕢 7.30pm
📍 Parkside Primary School

This is a critical moment for our PTFA. At this AGM, the entire committee will be stepping down as their children are leaving the school. If no new volunteers come forward to take on these roles, the PTFA will be forced to fold.

That means:
❌ No more fundraising events
❌ No more support for school resources, or fun activities.
❌ No more nursery graduation gifts, Year 1 ties or Year 6 leavers contributions.
❌ A huge loss for our children and school community.

We are incredibly grateful to those who have served and supported the PTFA over the years. Your dedication has made a real difference. 🙏

But now, we need YOU.
If you care about keeping the PTFA alive and continuing to enrich our children’s school experience, please come to the AGM. Even if you're just curious or have questions — we’re happy to chat!

This AGM needs your support more than ever!!!

Due to their children leaving the school the whole PTFA committee will be stepping down at this meeting. The PTFA cannot run without a committee.

We are very grateful for all those that have fulfilled their roles for many years and to those that have volunteered countless times . It is all greatly appreciated and without all the help and support we wouldn’t have been able to run the events and raise the money we have.

If these roles aren’t filled at this meeting the PTFA will have to fold and no further fundraising events will go ahead.

Along with the money raised and some additional fundraising we have purchased pin badges for all the current pupils and staff at Parkside Primary School.

These pin badges have been designed to celebrate 50 years of Parkside and we hope you all wear them with pride 💙💛
