Hey fitties,

Annoyingly I’m still recovering and in a lot of pain with my sciatica (scrapyard anyone?!) so I think it’s best that I give Tuesdays class a miss. I’m hoping to be feeling better for Thursday, but I will announce bookings in a couple of days as I am still unsure as to whether I will be able enough to run it.

So sorry for the inconvenience caused

Hi fitties; unfortunately I have to cancel tonight’s class as I have been admitted to hospital this morning with Gastritis (due to the painkillers I have been taking for my sciatica!)

I will post more when I can but if you could please pass this message on to anyone you know who is coming tonight I’d really appreciate it, thank you. So sorry for the late notice and let down 😣
