Hey fitties! Sooooo the forecast is set to be a sweltering 34 degrees tomorrow which means sadly it is unsafe to run class 🥵 🥵

Of course as always I will carry your payments over to your next class ♥️

I am on holiday next week and was planning to be on holiday the week after too (I need to give the old knees a rest!) but will keep you guys posted as may end up running one or both w/c 24th August
