🎉 We're delighted to share that our team has successfully completed the Oliver McGowan Level 2 Learning Disability and Autism Train the Trainer programme.

This means we are now able to deliver this important training face-to-face, helping to improve understanding and support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

A special thank you to Mark at Howe2 Training & Consultancy for leading the programme and supporting our team throughout the journey.

We're also proud to have Karina Gibson, a valued member of our training team and Expert by Experience, playing a key role in the delivery of this training.

🔴 So that's day one of training completed at Howe2 Training & Consultancy Ltd for some amazing future "co-trainers" - experts with lived experience of a Learning Disability for Tier 2 of " at Hiyed CIC 💪

🔵 Amazing characters, amazing contributions and amazing discussions - it was an honour to be fortunate enough to deliver this training today to such amazing people who "just so happen to have a learning disability" - we certainly had some great discussions about how to challenge negative stereotypes and unconscious biases ⚖️

🔴 The word for today has simply been "amazing" - We love to empower others to "challenge" as we have the legal right to do so ⚖️
