I show male health and fitness coaches how to unlock their physical and mental potential. The final pillar of success is Consistency.

Throughout my years of training, coaching clients & education within the health & fitness industry, I have come to realise that everyone is very much an individual. We all have different body shapes, lifestyles, schedules & goals as such seeing so many one size fits all programs or nutritional plans is very frustrating to see & just doesn’t work in the long term. I created 300 Online Fitness to be

Bodybuilding at it’s best 🇺🇸

It’s not equipment

It’s not the supplements sold

It’s not having the best routine there

It’s the atmosphere, the very soul of the fabric woven into the building

It’s different for everyone

For me, Powerhouse Gym Tampa, Florida is a special place

It’s the most I’ve felt my bodybuilding brain LIT UP for a long time

I’ve been fortunate to train all over the world in some truly incredible facilities and Powerhouse is right up there

From the moment I walked in, welcomed, and I was excited to train

To explore the movements and just send some epic sessions

Planned to train 4 days, hit 6 glorious sessions and it reminded me what I love about bodybuilding

Getting after it

Losing time in a workout that’s fulled by nothing more than fun, and chasing a glorious pump

There was time to chat at the start and the end

Being in a room of diverse people chasing their own goals, witnessing interactions between members and a collective energy of growth

Those of you who know me, know I am LOVE nerding out over kit, I had planned a trip to the MI40 gym over there, but I sacked that off to train here one more time

A phenomenal place and if you’re ever in the area, Powerhouse is the ONLY place I recommend, having trained in other areas previously in Florida, this is THE ONE.

Shoutout to Eddy the owner, knowing what Brett Mansfield pours into DestinationGymUK 📍 here I know what it takes to build a special gym and Eddy has nailed it.

I’ll be back 💪🏼

I wish to build the same level resilience as my hair follicles, no matter how many times they get wiped out, they keep coming back for more.

I can’t be the only one who finds shaving to be a huge inconvenience…🙄

However, the result is ALWAYS satisfying, nothing hits quite like that smooth glide of the tattooed 💀

Being a nerd and being jacked actually go hand in hand 🤝🏼

Mastering patience

Being okay making some mistakes

Understanding there are many ways to achieve a great result

And finding your own rhythm all spring to mind

You can also become overwhelmed, disheartened and lose your way

It’s my job to find the way that’s right for you

Applying the right tools at the right time and ensuring you master the skills you need, not the ones that just pop up as the latest trend 👀

Warhammer or Wham, why not both 🤓💪🏼

Motivation is misleading your ability to progress

The reps of your mind are more important than the reps in the gym

Tired of bouncing between motivated and deflated?

Learn how to train your brain so you win

Daily

This isn’t some hack

A cheap trick

Or me selling you something

It’s how real, long-lasting progress is made

If this helps, let me know either in the comments or throwing it a like ❤️

“I had to mature into having a goal and working towards it

At the start that definitely wouldn’t have worked because I didn’t see any achievement or progress so it felt like having a goal was kinda pointless

Because I am not going to f’king achieve it anyway

But now it’s like, as weird as it sounds I enjoy the fu***ng struggle

I enjoy waking up at quarter past 5 in the morning tired as P**K, going to jujitsu

Then for the next 10 minutes after rolling trying to catch my breath, trying not to pass out

But the dopamine rush I get after is f’king amazing

That feeling makes being so tired, the struggle worth it

I do enjoy it”

These are powerful words from Mat 🎤 🕳️

Incredibly proud of this man Mat Dylewski competing in his first BJJ competition today 🔥

Mat’s dropped over 40kg at this point, another 14.8kg from this picture you see here (we need another updated pic brother)

👉🏼Mat isn’t a gym guy

👉🏼Not one for boring cardio on a static machine

👉🏼Steps used to be under 4k a day

👉🏼Most definitely not a morning person 🥱

Now?

Well, he rolls 3-4+ times a week

13-15k steps daily

From no structure with food

To set meals, a plan to follow

And this week 1,200+ grams of carbs AND dropped weight (peaking magic 🪄)

What changed?

We found the right “why” for him, a reason only he could care about.

Mat learned to enjoy the struggle, not fear it.

Now, even when he’s out of breath and wiped out, he loves the feeling of pushing himself.

And that dopamine hit from doing what once felt impossible?

It’s more addictive than any comfort food ever was.

That’s what real change looks like:

🎯It’s not about having superhuman genetics.

🎯You don’t have to be born motivated, hell you don’t even need motivation.

🎯You need a process built for you, and a coach who listens, experiments, and backs you the entire way.

If you ever thought, “I’m just not that kinda guy,”
-maybe this is your sign 🪧

Proud of you beyond words, brother. Go be a menace today.

Man like Mat 🤼‍♂️🤝🏼

Mastering the art of saying no to others

Creates more opportunities of saying yes to yourself

This results in progression to the goals you keep delaying

When it’s all said and done nobody is going to do it for you

Not many people reach their goals

Most often due to distractions, lack of consistency and the environment you find yourself

Break the cycle

Do it for yourself

Self expression can be many things:

The clothes you wear

The words you use

The boundaries you set

The body you build

Or in my case the artwork you adorn on your body.

Tattooing has been around for over 5,000 years.

To me each tattoo holds a special place in my memories.

I remember each and every piece, what it meant at the time and watching them age as I do is a powerful feeling.

The pain and discomfort of having each piece symbolises the fact that anything beautiful worth having will not come with ease.

A meaningful depiction of reality in life.

Accepting discomfort for a period of time means you will be able to enjoy the result forever.

Whilst the meaning and desire for my tattoos is a deeply bonded emotional one for me.

They also act as a powerful social filter.

Those who are not my energy and vibe, those who judge on face value seldom come into my world these days.

And I can count on my thumbs alone the amount of negativity I have received.

It’s not for everyone.

That’s kind of the point when it comes to self expression, it’s yours and yours alone.

A life lived free of fear of what others think is a life full of appreciating who you truly are and thriving in a mind that is free.

And when it comes to the age old question of “what will you do when you’re old and wrinkly”

The answer is:

“Just hang around with other old tattooed wrinkly guys and reminisce of the lifetime of memories we have etched in our skin”

In the immortal words of my first tattoo artist:

“Let’s sink some ink”

RIP Ramondo, a truly wonderful human who I shared many memories with ❤️🙏🏼

Training can be whatever you want it to be

The rise of social media, open gear use and every other gym members seemingly considering “stepping on stage” 🙄

You might think that you need to train to build lots of muscle, stack machines and have a Gym Pin for every occasion…

The latest push, pull, legs split, or apparently “limb day” isn’t the thing that will magically morph your body into shape

If dragging your ass to the gym fills you with dread and fear then the battle is mostly lost before it began

You don’t need to diet to victim weight only to balloon months later as though you’ve been stung by a thousand bees, like some knock off Will Smith from Hitch 🐝 in some anaphylactic shock bulk gone wrong

In fact this could put you off, as I have spoken with people about in this last week

At the heart of it all, it’s about being healthier so if you’re moving and enjoying doing so that’s a solid start

When picking your goal, make sure it’s actually yours, not something you picked online or fleetingly think, yeah that’s cool

Only to fall off once again and flit to the next things

Humans generally work well with goals and dates, so book the 10K, set a photoshoot, go climbing, get back in the pool, try those exercises you think look cool in the gym…

Just for the love of god don’t do Hyrox, we don’t need that anymore 🤮

I’m enjoying pursuing generating so much torque from my hips I can kick a heavy bag off the wall 💥

I’ve been off social media for a hot minute and to say I have been busy is an understatement

Well, the laser removal specialist has been busy, and I have been burning through more money than skin cells

I felt it was finally time to take my run at the pro circuit in bodybuilding and get my IFBB Pro Card

Years ago I was told how much it would hamper my progress in bodybuilding to have extensive ink

But as always, being young and reckless I didn’t listen…

Some 300+ laser removal treatments later and things are starting to take shape

Still running TRT at 130mg per week with 2iu GH for recovery and joint support

About to jump on my next cycle and start 10iu GH twice a day AM and PM, and the road to pro series will start 💪🏼

Will take some getting used to with the new pink skin fade I have across my body…

April Fools 🤡…. Come on now, really?
