And we are here 🥳 looking forward to exploring the festival tomorrow but for now we are chilling in the sun with a cider.

We found a huge tree trunk to have snacks on and headed for a walk to enjoy the beautiful spring sun. The boys have been enjoying walking a lot recently now that they’ve discovered Pokémon go!

Gusto! A friend gave me a code for 65% off the gusto box so we thought we’d give it a go, it gets boring thinking of meals each week and it worked out as £16.00 for 4 meals for 4 of us so something like £1.07 per person per meal.

The boys were really excited as they’ve seen an advert for it 😂 but it’s led to a surprise home Ed experience as eldest decided he wanted to cook with me.

He read the instructions on the recipe card, helped me cut and prep the veg, helped with the oven and hobs and set the table!

He even ate all his vegetables so a double win!

Boys decided they wanted to make their own Dino gardens, they collected some sticks and materials from the woods then bought some plants and finally decorated some old boxes we had in the garden.

I think we went a bit crazy on the planting this year 😅 at least it isn’t as bad as 2020 when I planted 15 tomato plants 😂

Otto came out to help us tidy the raised beds, clear out the strawberries and pot up some veggies for this year.

We had a trip to the zoo with an awesome meerkat experience at the amazing the guys that work their are so friendly and go above and beyond for you. 100% recommend.

The Van passed it’s MOT 😅 after it failed 🙄 but we have to forgive little bill he’s taken us on so many lovely adventures and now he’ll be ready for his next to Somerset! Looking forward to getting out and about in our beautiful van again. 💜

We’ve been up all night with a poorly boy 😭 but we managed to make pancakes between looking after the poorly one! 😅
