Every Wednesday at 6pm is our dedicated wrestling session where we explore safely taking our partner to the ground and keeping them there.

Suitable for beginners and advanced grapplers alike so come get involved!

Good luck to Josh on the move to Norway! He’s been a regular on our mats for the last three years- he’s made some tremendous progress, and has also been great to get to know on a personal level. We’re sorry to see you go, but excited for what lies ahead!
