We are delighted to be recruiting a passionate, enthusiastic pre school practitioner to join our friendly experienced team at Little Bears for children aged 2-5 years old.

Our ethos at Little Bears is to provide high quality childcare and education within our beautiful rural community setting.

Purpose of the role
An exciting opportunity to provide exceptional education within a stimulating, safe and caring environment. You must absolutely love spending time with children.

We would love someone with existing childcare qualifications, but most important (by far!) is someone with the right attitude & priorities, who has a passion to create a wonderful environment for our Little Bears.

Our pre school operates term time (38 weeks a year) from 8.45 am- 3.15pm. Hours are negotiable dependant on availability and experience of the successful candidate.
This position could be ideal for a parent with school age children, fitting conveniently around the holidays and school hours- like we say a lack of qualification and experience is not the be all and end all for us- we just want a great attitude, a passion for looking after children and a friendly team player. Likewise we would be delighted to welcome any applicant looking to forward/ change/ expand their career and experience with us.

Little Bears operates from a purpose built beautiful premises in the grounds of the village primary school in nearly half an acre of gardens. It was established by a group of mums in 2004. We are members of the early years alliance, as a registered charity run by a management committee.

We are recruiting a passionate, enthusiastic pre school practitioner to join our friendly experienced team at Little Bears, Stadhampton for children aged 2-5 years.

Our ethos at Little Bears is to provide high quality childcare and education within a rural community setting.

Purpose of the role

An exciting opportunity to provide exceptional education within a safe and caring environment. You must absolutely love working with children and have a really positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues.

A successful candidate will be childcare qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent as a minimum with experience in an early years setting and knowledge of the EYFS.

Our pre school operates term time (38 weeks a year) from 845- 315pm. Hours are negotiable dependant on availability and experience of the successful candidate.

The benefits of working with us include working in a small team and setting and will work alongside our staff and committee striving to make our lovely pre school setting exceptional.
