Offering the equivalence of 3 A Levels, this 2-year program includes a minimum of 9 weeks of invaluable industry placement arranged by our Sixth Form.
Comprising a core component with written exams and an employer-set project, alongside an occupational specialist component, this Level 3 qualification ensures comprehensive skill development.
To qualify, students need five GCSE passes at Grade 4 or above, including English Language, and a Grade 5 or higher in GCSE Maths or Computer Science.

Why should your children take the T Level in Digital Production, Design and Developments at Longsands Sixth Form?

The T Level is a 2-year course that is equivalent to 3 A Levels. This Level 3 qualification includes a minimum of 9 weeks working with an employer on an industry placement, arranged by the Sixth Form.

The T Level includes two components, the core component (which consists of two 2.5 hour written exams, and a 14.5 hour employer set project) and the occupational specialist component (A 67 hour externally set project)

Students must have achieved at least five good passes (to at least Grade 4) at GCSE level, including English Language and have a grade 5 or above in GCSE Maths or GCSE Computer Science.
