The more I look at prehistoric art the more I love it. Their ways of playing with shapes always make me feel they are very daring and experimental (or maybe it’s just our modern minds have been so brainwashed with classical fine arts standards). As adults I feel we all forgot about the natural playfulness with shapes that many children still possess.

I would really love schools introduce more prehistorical arts to children and encourage them to continue to explore shapes and different applications of art making.

For my students who enjoyed our Surrealism classes, there is a Picasso print making exhibition at British Museum, open on 7th November!

If you love printmaking, colourful pictures and surrealism, you’d love this.

Picasso was one of the most creative and influential talents ever to explore the medium of print. Spanning the entire length of his career, this exhibition follows Picasso as he develops his print practice and reflects his most important influences, experiences and interests.
