Ive been teaching Riley since January,
and he is an extremely passionate guitarist and has a natural ear for music!
During the lessons we have been learning scales across the fretboard, and practicing improvising over chords.
In this video I am playing chords in a key of Riley's choice, and he is improvising a lead line in a position of his choice!

Ive been teaching Miles for a few months now, he has a great guitar, and i have to say he is a natural! Miles loves his oasis and red hot chilli peppers, so alongside the basics we have been learning 'She's Electric, and 'Californication'

One of the loveliest things when learning an instrument, especially for Ben, who up until a few months ago had not even picked up a guitar,
is to be able to play along with others, (jamming) may be a more familiar term. A very merry Christmas tune.

Every now and again you get those students that really do shine!
Ben was a complete beginner on guitar when I started teaching him a few months back, and he is a natural!
Ben's already well on the way playing his favourite songs,
and shows such a keen interest to learn the music theory, especially what notes make up those songs and chords he is learning.
Bens passion for the guitar is a delight for me every lesson!!

A perfect time to dust off your old guitar or take a trip to your local music shop and treat yourself!
