Just a little reminder for the funday tomorrow!

🌧 Unfortunately, as hard as it is to believe today, the weather forecast isn’t looking too bright for tomorrow. But not to worry - if it’s rainy or super windy we’ll be in the church warm and dry but still with all the fun and sheltered from the weather. We’d love for you to join us!

After some of the lovely babies having their first birthday and few mums returning to work we now have a few spaces available for our Mother's Circle sessions that we run every other Friday for mums with little ones under one.
They've been really special sessions and such a joy to spend those Fridays together. This week as well as our usual things we're going to be doing some baby massage.

We're also super blessed to have Julie - a wonderful health-visitor in next door on Fridays, to pop in an chat to, have weight checks etc at any point during the sessions and also the lovely Naomi a retired midwife with us most weeks with her delicious home-made soups and wise words!

The group size is kept small - but we currently have a few places, so please do let me know if you'd fancy coming along or feel free to share with any mummy friends who you think might like to join. 💛

Baby group is back on again tomorrow morning 10.30-11.30 in St Johns In The Fields Church hall🐣

We’ll have songs, some sensory play, toys, tea&cake and hopefully some bubble fun.

A few little scenes of some of our areas from last session 💛👶💛

We’re really looking forward to meeting tomorrow - we’ve got a lovely little Easter themed session for the little ones. We’ll be there 10.30-11.30 am 🙂 🐣🌼

We know sometimes it can feel a little bit daunting going to a new group so we thought we’d share what the structure of the sessions look like.

We always start with some free play and exploration- a time for the babies to interact with the spaces and a time for the grown-ups to chat (and have a warm drink and cake!).

Then we come together for a little time of singing and sensory - a few simple songs, bubbles, instruments and baby signs. We often bring out our little parachute too.

By this time some of the littlest ones might be getting a bit sleepy after some busy play. So we have another open time for play or rest before saying goodbye.

It’s a super relaxed session, so please feel free to stay as long or as little as suits you and your little one that morning.
There’s parking outside the hall and a shelter for parking prams just by the door too.

We’d always love to see you if you fancied coming along 💛

🐝 New Group! 🐝

We're so excited to announce the starting of a new baby group in St Ives from newborn to pre-walkers (crawling explorers welcome).

We'll be meeting every other week in St John's In The Fields hall (starting Friday 11th March) for some nursery-rhymes, action songs, play and tea and cake for the grown-ups.

Sessions run 10.30-11.30 and £1 per family.
