Whether you celebrate it or hate it, it's valentines week and we thought we would spread some love 😍

Virtual Kickboxing for Young Minds An article about a virtual kickboxing tournament put on by the Cimac Superleague organiser, Neville Wray, put on to keep young minds active during COVID-19 lockdown and bbring awareness to the charity Young Minds.

This is your reminder to drink some water 😎💧

The answer is probably yes! 😳

Its easy to be dehydrated and not realise... especially in colder weather when you're more likely to go for comforting hot drinks instead of a glass of water! ☕ (hot water could be a good swap!)

Staying hydrated is SO important
